Purpose of the course
The purpose of this course is to equip you with the strategic mindset and practical frameworks necessary to design, execute and lead high-value business partnerships in a diverse ecosystem. You will learn how to identify strategic partners, structure mutually beneficial agreements and govern alliances to accelerate growth, drive innovation and establish a competitive advantage in a world where few company can succeed alone.
