Purpose of the course
The purpose of this course is to equip you with the strategic mindset and practical frameworks necessary to design, execute and lead high-value business partnerships in a diverse ecosystem. You will learn how to identify strategic partners, structure mutually beneficial agreements and govern alliances to accelerate growth, drive innovation and establish a competitive advantage in a world where few company can succeed alone.

Implement strategies to foster trust, communication and shared success across a diverse network of partners, positioning yourself as a trusted leader within the ecosystem.
Governance Model Implementation
Design and implement a multi-tiered governance structure (e.g., executive steering committees, operational working groups) to ensure accountability, rapid decision-making and alignment across organisations.
Performance Measurement (ROI)
Define and track specific, measurable and relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to quantify the value and health of each partnership and the overall ecosystem.
